Instructions for use:
Bring over 1.5 liters of water to a boil. Place the By Yoni steam seat on the toilet (with pump if desired) and pour in the water. Put the By Yoni herbs in the By Yoni steam seat.
Let the water cool for a good 10-15 minutes. At the same time, the herbs will be absorbed. If you feel the water is too hot after 15 minutes, wait a little longer.
Take a seat on the By Yoni steam seat and let the steaming begin! Make sure there is enough space between your skin and the water. In between you can use the pump if desired. We recommend not steaming longer than 25 minutes.
Discard the herb bag. The water is easy to pour into the toilet after use. Rinse off the By Yoni steam seat.
